Hi everyone - I'm new to the forum and would like to introduce myself.

My name is Dean Morris and i own Morris4Minors, an online retail business selling kids' ride-on toys. I launched the business in 2010, but have only operated on a full-time basis since quitting my previous 9-5 job in 2011.

I have aspirations to develop Morris4Minors and spread my wings to other areas of kids' products & services. Indeed, I describe my profile on Twitter as a "growing 'all things kids' empire"; but appreciate that it will take time, patience and possibly outside investment and/or partnership to realise my dreams. But as they say, speculate to accumulate!

I look forward to meeting you all and sharing ideas, information and views.

Hi Katherine - thanks for your warm welcome! You're not the first - nor, I suspect, the last - to express their disappointment that they don't make ride-on toys for us grown-ups. Perhaps there is a gap in the market for me to exploit!?

I am relatively new to the world of business, so will also be hoping to learn much and pick up useful tips on what appears at first glance to be a terrific site!

I'm still navigating my way around but have found an interesting forum on websites (which I'm currently about to launch!).

And yes, I think there is certainly a gap in the market for you to exploit! hah! (I can just see the A1 full of them right now).

Well, I have a number of friends with small children who would love a car like the ones you sell, so I shall be sign-posting them to your website for sure! Hope it all goes well!
