Hello Everybody,
As a complete newbie to this forum, I though it appropriate drop by Introductions and say hi.
So, I am a software engineer in my current day job. While my current role is mobile Android development, I can also create Apple iOS apps, Java, C#, PHP and GoLang. I have a good understanding of the full technology stack and love applying my skills to solve various problems and automate repetitive tasks.
I have been bouncing various ideas around my head for the past number of years. Having recently discovered an idea that can be nearly fully automated using software, I have set out to build those tools. It is related to high volume, low margin eCommerce (bonus points if you can guess what
).
Anyway, if the model shows signs of scalability, then I will need to create number of limited companies ,possibly under a holding company.
My main reason for joining here will be to get advice on the accounting and administration tasks associated with managing a UK company. I am also keen to hear about fees and the billing structures of accountants.
Aside from that, I will be browsing the forums and giving my 2 cents any where I feel qualified to do so.
That's all for now - see you on the forums
Cheers
