Good business. I know a man who just set up a place like this. I can't remember the fish but he had one of my other friends build a load of 20m wide containers for the fish. I think he was aiming for 66,000 fish and would feed salad type plants with the nutrients created in the water via the fishies waste product. I like it.

Who are your potential customers?

I don't know what sort of numbers of fish you'd expect to produce but wouldn't it be better to target the suppliers of those you listed? I would want to sell them in large quantity to a smaller number of customers. Essentially you would be retailing the fish you produced. Granted it would be a larger profit but allot more work.

Regarding your initial question. Green Aquaponics sounds nice but doesn't give any indication to what you do. Fresh fish. Seafood. You want something like that. Greenfish. Umm.. Organic Seafood Direct. Organic fish works. lol Something like that which indicates what you do.
