Google toolbar PR update

ok so the actual pagerank doesnt appear to have changed for any of my sites (in about 8 months) but the little graphic has - has it for anybody else?

I thought Google was dropping it's toolbar PR after having not updated for so long, but a change in its appearance would suggest otherwise?

I stopped paying any attention to PR a long time ago. It's not a true resemblance of anything worthwhile as it is updated so infrequently and will never be particularly accurate.

I presume that toolbar PageRank is dead... or maybe it's just like a sleeping parrot...

Hi,

The Pr for a site are not updated daily. They take few months to be updated so you should not be worrying much about the page rank. keep gaining links through high PR sites and in few months you would see the change.

Lately PR updates are not anymore after every quarter. And it's not anymore for all site at one time. It goes now as the crawler goes, you never know when, where and why.
