Google tele sales and abuse

I recieved a phone call from a man claiming to be from Google, telling me he can make me No1 on the main page for my business. When I told him I had spent the advertising budget he demanded to know what i had spent it on. I told him it was none of his business ( I had spent it on Yell listing, leaflets and local newspaper ads) to which he replied i was nothing but a smelly bin cleaner who was a black b"£$%rd. I asked to be put onto his supervisor to which he told he was the boss and I was scum bag, he had left his telephone number 01616269853 so I called it back to complain and was put through to this same man who continued his abuse. Does anyone know how to contact Google to complain about this and other body I can report this company to?

Having said that the founders of Google, Sergey Brin and Larry Page, usually call me up on a sunday to abuse me. If the call was made on a sunday then they must have dialled your number by mistake.

I've pretty much had the same experience as you.... But at least when I phoned back I did get someone else to vent my frustration at, I had them phone again a few weeks later and I gave a hell of a lot more that I recieved, I know its not big or clever but I did feel a lot better, all I can say is make a note of the number and should they try again.... DESTROY them, it does make you feel so much better.
I would be interested if you manage to talk to someone at google and there response but I must say from what I have learned the only way these people get you the top spot is through adwords that you can do yourself, just expensive if you don't choose your words wisely

He's obviously not from Google. Also you haven't won the lottery (that you never bought a ticket for) and the nice man from Nigeria doesn't really have 25 million dollars that he just needs to stick into a helpful persons bank account (in exchange for a mind bogglingly huge fee of course).

Why not put a sex ad up with the phone number or an ad for a free plasma tv that you don't have room for anymore. That will bug them.

I have experienced this kind of behaviour also but not from google but from someone claimed to call from mobile connection company and when I reported that person it turned out he was a fake and did it just for the fun of it. I advise you to make the miscreant's life hell, distribute the number among your friends and make his life hell until he finally decides to either change his number or stops responding to calls. But just make him regret what he started.

Having taken some advice from you guys I have given his number to all the members of our football supporters bus and it is being passed to other clubs as well he will be busy for a while (its reached over 1000 people so far.
