Hi,

I am trying to set up an Adwords campaign for a CV writing website.

I have used the keyword and traffic estimator tools. Even if I enter a high CPC and daily budget it is still only estimating 5-10 daily clicks. Is this accurate?

Is there a way to see roughly what the CPC for keywords are? I really need to drive traffic to the site.

Traffic Travis Free has the option to work out prices, also very good at tracking your Google, Yahoo and Bing rankings and doing research on your competitors.

It depends on the keywords - something like "cv writing website" may well only get a handful of clicks per day. If you're bidding too low, you should be able to see a warning icon in Adwords, next to the keyword.

You will have to think broad on terms and not limit yourself to certain keywords.

Luckily your doing adwords so you'll soon see if there is traffic or nowt

Typing the word CV into google shows me what other adwords are running

27000 exact local a month - nice. Now people searching for that are looking for free stuff. You could sell them a free ebook on how to write a CV. (Remembering to capture thier email address for the ebook) then design a marketing funnel and product you can then actaully sell them via an email campain.

Lets say you get 10000 downloads a month and 1 in every 100 people buy a product from you. What price is your product going to be?
