Good web designer?

Can anyone reccomend a web designer in the south west? It is for CMS review site, and trawling through google is not very productive, and doesn't give you actual views!

Still not really found one :| Can you guys do totally CMS sites, basicaly a review site? Users need to be able to register, review, add pictures, videos interact with each other etc, then the admin can edit it all from the back end?

No offence, but the site you referenced use's a flash template header and is 'splattered' in Firefox. Also the lack of META tags is doing nothing for your SEO.
