Quick not to say thank you to uk business forum, I have been growing my B2B Lead gen/telemarketing/appt setting company in the last few years and have been way too trusting (or naïve) with regards to new clients- which as I am sure some of you can relate to have left me frustrated to say the least- late payers for example!!!

I have today spoken with a fellow member looking for some work and have agreed a deal. This person was incredibly open, honest and best of all organised!!! Its nice to know there are some genuine people out there !

Yes there are some clients that are great to deal with, if only we could find enough that we didn't have to deal with some of the other customers

We have a factoring company so hopefully we should pay early rather than late.
