GLS 'Parcels to People' Customs charges, Spam or genuine?

We've just received an email, an invoice for customs charges, from the above company following placement of an order with a company based in Germany.

Everything looks to be above board, but thought it best to check to see if it's not a scam?

    GLS operate in Europe

    1) Check that your organisation did actually place this order for the consignment
    2) Get the tracking number from the point of dispatched and if this is your tracking number held in customs then all is OK

    GLS is quite popular in Germany. Owned by RM as far as I remember. In NI they deliver via Parcelforce. All Parcelforce Vans in NI have the GLS logo on them. GLS parcels should be trackable via Parcelforce website once they hit the UK.
    Yes GLS are the only viable asset they have got ???

    Yes we did and all the sums seem to add up.

    Strangely we've had 2 previous deliveries post Brexit from the same supplier and not received customs charge invoices. I'll be checking our Spam folders on Tuesday?
