Global Iris payments.

We are about to launch a online database for the UK for a certain profession having run a very successful version elsewhere for some 7 years. We were approached by a major company UK based company to work with them do something similar for the UK. Global Iris payments seemed an obvious payment system but have run into an amazing brick wall. As we have formed a new joint venture company to undertake this project they will absolutely not consider allowing us any facilities nor even entertain an application unless we have 18 months trading even though the two partners have been in business 128 and 26 years respectively. Our main product is subscription to a database so charge back is hardly a problem. So much for 'Enterprise Britain' , maybe we will stay outside the UK, they probably do not need the jobs. Ideas?
