Gift (annual exemption)

Hi
I'm aware that everybody has a 3K allowance that they can gift to a person or persons and they don't have to pay tax on that.
My question is can the 3K gifted be taken off profit of my business as an expense?

Gifts are made from post tax income

everybody has a 3K allowance

Companies don't have such an allowance.
