I really need to get myself organised...

I need to start a blog and a newsletter and I'm just trying to get my head around the logistics.

How is the best way of promoting a blog and how long should it be?

Any tips would be gratefully received!

If you're serious about doing it all yourself join up to Copyblogger and take advantage of a great community of serious bloggers, and the great training they provide (hundreds of webinars, courses, advice etc).

digital marketer is great for a beginner to they have just released an execution plan to do a 21 launch day plan to get a fully functioning sales funnel. or they have specific ones for a blog and getting your 1st 1000 subscribers

If it's target, you can stick a few ££ behind FB promotion. If the blog's any good, you'll start to pick up readers.

Starting a new blog will require consistency and effort as well as time to provide great user experience through well structured pages, the title which is interesting and related to the users needs, and most importantly blog site pages that will match audience intent.
