Getting listed in Shopify app-store

Hi guys!
I'm in need of some recommendations. My company provides cross border logistics solutions for UK e-commerce. Since this is our debut in UK, we want to expand our integrations list and join spotify app-store. Now it's really not my area of expertise but as far as I know we need to develop plugin to be able to integrate with shopify and be listed in shopify app-store. Your experience and knowledge would be of a great help to me. I also won't say No to any recommendations of a company or a freelancer who does such a thing.
