Getting cheap laptops to resell

Does anybody know where the best source is? I have been thniking of buying semi broken laptops and doing them up to sell. I've looked on ebay but faulty laptops go for far too much on there to make it profitable.

I am not talking about laptops with missing covers, no hard drives etc rather than completly dead machines.

If you contact some of the major manufacturers they have auctions where you put in a sealed bid for a pallet of laptops at a time.

Thanks Won't those laptops be unrepairbale though? I was thinking more of disposed laptops without batteries, hard disks, memory etc but fixable. Usualy no point on fixing completly broken laptops.

the laptop market is becoming very cut throat nowdays, with people like Tesco selling brand new acers at £299.99 you may want to take a closer look at your idea. Im not saying dont do it, but its not going to be easy.
