Gaming Licence Required?

Hi All,

Looking for a bit of help please.

I'm looking in to starting a Poker Promotions Business, putting my marketing skills to use.

Basically, I want to organise Poker Tournaments and promote them(obviously) but the actual tournaments will take place in casino's of which several are interested. They already have the licences required, so as I am just organising and promoting these tournaments will I still need some kind of licence or will the casino's licence cover it?

Thats a question that you would have to ask the casinos that if they are going to let them put their licence on the table to cover you.

But it could help in long-term that if you had your own gaming licence then the casinos wouldnt have to cover you, I would think that you should have your own licence simply that most casinos wouldnt want to put their licence on the table just incase something goes wrong and then your not the one in trouble.
