Every web designer think they are best than the rest. So thank you but try not to insult me please

No one is insulting you, I would recommend you take the honest fair advice.

You have just started in business, you have come onto the forum for some advice, but choose to say you know what you are doing. No point asking for advice if you are not prepared to listen.

BTW, I never try to sell on the forum to anyone, I simply offer my experience for free, take it or leave it. I am not a website designer, but having looked at your website, it could be substantially improved IMHO.

    This!

Standard forum etiquette is that you attack the post not the poster. In this case you definitely haven't been attacked or insulted, your website has been criticised by someone who knows about this stuff.

There are a number of members here who know lots about these things and who have no intention of selling you stuff (you'll soon spot the ones who do want to sell to you) I'd strongly recommend they are worth listening to

Hi. Whatever you do in terms of advertising be prepared to spend a lot of money, if you want success here. You are going into a flooded market with the likes of Kuoni and what have you. SEO can help with Google and so can AdWords but these are not cheap and you'll need a lot of help and a bottomless wallet for a few years to compete. Not being negative here but trying to get a slice of the big pie will be no easy task, not impossible but be prepared to take a lot of calculated risks. Social media is great as long as you measure your data and target your age groups, I'm guessing it's the middle class your targeting as the tailor-made holidays will not appeal or are not affordable in this climate. Good luck with it and we're here if you need any help moving forward.

That's where your marketing budget will start to flutter away.

Focus on one - two at most - target markets or you will be shouting in the wind
Absolutely correct. Try not to take a scatter gun approach and actively measure your efforts at all times with Analytics data. What do the other directors do? Do you each have your own skills to bring to the table?
