Hi all,
I'd be very grateful for some input/ guidance on the below:
If an employee(s) have joined an organisation after 28th February and therefore are not eligible for furloughing (80% salary), would we be able to lay them off with SGP, or would we be able to dismiss them on the grounds of redundancy, or would this be classed as unfair dismissal?
