OK, its Friday, for alot of people its pay day, its sunny outside, its not as cold as it has been, people are looking forward to the weekend and Spring is almost upon us (this applies to the person doing the calling but more importantly it also applies to your prospects !!!)

Make the most of today's calls, welcome objections, ask for their business, stay positive and today will be your best day of the week - guaranteed !!

For us its bacon sandwich day, theres' £50 worth of scratchcards on the board (1 for every appointment they make - if we win £100 we're off to the pub), I've gone through a benefit traingin session and everyone's buzzed up.

Quick update at midday

Team of 10 are on 21 appointments so far (last 4 weeks at this time on a Friday we were on 12, 18, 10 and 15)

Team of 4 are on 9 (first week of campaign for this one)

Team of 2 are on 2 (but their target is 1 a day on that campaign !)

And here's the good part . . . . .

Total prize money won from 32 £1 scratchcards so far.

is . . . . . . . . £6 !!!!!!

I like that scratch card idea. The only downside I can see is winning the jackpot and destroying your company from lack of staff

When I worked for someone way back. The company owner let us take his brand new BMW convertible for the evening as an incentive sometimes.

That worked wonders!!
