Frequent Business trip ticket ?

Currently looking at joining the blubiz (klm) to purchase our frequent business ticket via them
On final purchase part it’s said £500 and that’s include tax , is that vat ? Or tax ? And how would we be able to submit it through account? How does it work Really is it off the company tax bill or what ?

If it is for business tickets then I can't see why it shouldn't be a tax deductible expense.
