1. Hubspot Inbound Marketing University (more than SEO)

The gold standard for free marketing training, Hubspot offers a quality experience.


2. KK Smarts (never heard of)

Looks like a few fundamentals courses which could be of value to someone starting out.


3. 20 Videos on YouTube (avoid distracting sidebar choices)

If you'd rather watch videos than attend courses, this might be a way to go.



Paid
1. Distilled.net (looks decent at first glance)

Offering 5 modules with 19 hours of learning time, they've adopted the SEO 101 approach, and name


2. WebCEO University (personally completed the advanced course)

With 2 levels based on depth (and cost), those who make it through their exams will be awarded (from WebCEO) a certificate of completion, a nice touch.


3. Search Engine College (never heard of them before)

Having a lot to offer in managed nuggets, the training isn't cheap by any stretch.

moz.com is a fantastic website for SEO learning. There are thousands of active forums to answer every questions. Admittedly, it can be quite daunting when you start but this is a very good resource to better your knowledge.
