Free office space from Regus

Someone mentioned a UKBF office space swap...it seems Regus are offering this free to new startups:

Sounds good but I wonder how many will find it useful and what the catch is.

Catch will probably be the cost of phone calls, line rental, internet connection and how much the cost of the rent will be after the free period expires. But maybe I'm just being synical.

Regus is here in portsmouth, lovely place, showers, sky TV-why work!!
A bit pricey at £525 minimum per month though.
I suppose you only get what you pay for nowadays!

Can't see any catch - I was looking in to using Regus myself...even if you have to pay for phone calls and internet usage as an additional charge it seems to make a great deal of sense...

I was looking for meeting rooms for a variety of reasons but these guys seem to be pretty god and stack-up well against hotel rooms. Any thoughts anyone?
