Free Affiliate Tracking Software?

I want to add an affiliate program to my business, so people can sell for me and make a commission.

I am on wordpress.

Are there any free programs out there, that don't take a cut? Maybe Google? I read you need to watch out on certain companies? Is it rife with bandits?

I have not had affiliate on my site before.

Yes. I have installed WP AFFILIATE MANAGER, which is a light version of AFFILIATE WP... I will see how we get on.
