Formatting Posts ?

Other people seem able to format posts (bold, italic, font size etc) or include images, but not me.

The format bar at the top of the post is greyed out.

Am I being punished ?

@Ozzy has disable the formatting bar while a bunch of bugs and upgrades are being sorted.

It will return. One day.

No it's not disabled, you have at some point in time @Fagin2021 clicked on ... see image below;
Basically you have switched the editor into BB code mode, clicking the [ ] button switches it back to editor mode.
