I have found this company who offer offshore company registration and I am looking to use them, however has anyone heard of or used them?

I haven't heard of these guys - but I have used Companies Made Simple.com - they offer a range of Offshore products and are competitively priced. It would be worth checking out their offering http://www.companiesmadesimple.com Highly recommended.

Hello Matt.

Our sister company actually IS Companies Made Simple and I used to work for them. They do indeed offer offshore company formations in Delaware, Belize, Seychelles, and BVI. Their prices tend to be competitive so I would certainly recommend having a look at their site.
I can't say I've ever heard of formacompany.com. Their site certainly has lots of information but, it I don't find it very shopper friendly.

They look OK, but charge £98 to set up a company - which I think is quite expensive.

You might have your wires crossed.
UK Company incorporations start at £24.99.
Offshore incorproations are indeed significantly more expensive as is to be expected.
