Get a bank account and sort out your status, sole trader, limited company etc.

Good luck with it, great choice of food!

Start with putting all your plans down on paper then you can implement it on a daily basis.Im forever doing lists otherwise id forget and loose direction. Youve got the location and type of good, now think of ways to promote yourself, your costs for equipment and being in that area, menu, working hours etc.

I imagine it would be very expensive and logistically difficult but having worked in Canary Wharf myself, I can see a lot of potential in the idea. With regards to marketing people are time-poor and grabbing something after work before catching the tube would be ideal, especially if you could market it as ''healthy'' (<--if that is possible) indian high quality cuisine. You'd need to invest in the quality of the stall too with nice artwork, people wouldn't buy out the back of a van in Canary Wharf.
