Flyer Posting

Hi guys,

Just wondering what the rules are regarding posting flyers on railings by the side of the road. Have seen quite a few over the years and was just wondering whether it's legal?

You need to contact your Local Authority for permission. Some Authorities require you to have a licence, some not.

A new act came into force in April 2006 and made posting flyers on cars, railings and other items unlawful and subject to fines. If you PM me I will send you over the extract and the link to the full Act.
