Flash help needed, simple banner

Hi guys,

Is anyone about to spare me a few minutes? I need to create a flash banner and I hate using flash. The bulk of the work is done, I just need to fade in and out 4 lines of text, thats it, but my flash experience isnt great.

If you could possibly help please whizz me a pm.
