First time cafe advice

Hi.

Im opening a childrens entertainment cafe and wondered what i need to apply for to serve up cold food like sandwiches, warm up hot dogs, toasted pancakes, microwave food, pasta etc.

I dont want to go down the road of cooking food as its too smsll and no real kitchen otherbthen upstairs.

The same as any other café. Council, environmental health. Inspections of food prep area.

You have food certificates?

You must register every premises where you carry out food operations, including your home, and mobile or temporary premises such as stalls and vans etc:
