Well it took a week to do my wifes site in CSS, its my first attempt, infact it was only this forum that made me look into CSS.

Im pleased with the out come, still loads to learn and do on the site - coding needs cleaning up in areas and sites being proof read today, typical been sat in front of the site every evening for a week and he spots a mistake on the first page/first line!!

Anyway would love comments - http://www.bridalise.co.uk

the old site is still kinda there in the background for ref - http://www.bridalise.co.uk/backup/ to give you an idea as to where it was and where it is now.

Cheers
Dan

ps i haven't even attempted it in firefox yet but that will be the next task to make sure it looks good in FF

Doing well!

Couple of suggestions...

1) Centralise it on the page

2) The tabs look better on your old site, you can render those tabs flexibly in css, have a read of:

http://www.alistapart.com/articles/slidingdoors/

3) There are over 2000 free css templates at oswd.org which you can pinch ideas / snippets from, for example you may find code and image sets for your tabs ;-)

A good book I have is "css mastery", if you want to read up on it some more....

Keep it up... your doing well ;-)
