Finding office space in London

This is my first post here after a while lurking, so apologies if this is in the wrong sub-forum.

Does anyone have some tips for finding cheap and flexible office space in London? I'm looking for somewhere no-frills to fit 3 or 4 desks, ideally a sub-let so we don't have to worry about a lengthy lease, business rates etc. I've been looking at Gumtree so far but there doesn't seem to be much out there. If anyone has any ideas for ways to broaden the search it'd be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Rob

We recently moved to Bank and went through a broker who gave us complete lists of all office space options in the area (their serviced was totally free). They arranged our viewings and took care of negotiations on our behalf, I would highly recommend them. They had mainly furnished office options I think, you can search on their website for all london areas, im not allowed to type in URLs yet apparently but if you type Easy Offices into Google they should come up. I think that they deal mainly with furnished office space, if you are looking for conventional listings Richie01 is right that gumtree is pretty good.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I've been in touch with Easy Offices, but they think that the serviced offices they deal with won't be willing to give us a small enough amount of space to be affordable. We basically need a cupboard with a broadband connection into which we can jam four desks, but they're a bit more high-end.

Will just have to keep checking Gumtree and waiting for something suitable to come up I suppose!
