Finding a reliable olive oil supplier

I am currently working on opening my restaurant and I need some advice. I'm looking for a reliable supplier of quality olive oil - it will be a key ingredient in many of our dishes. I want it to be natural, cold-pressed, free of impurities, preferably from a trusted manufacturer. If anyone has any contacts or recommendations, I would be very grateful.

If you want the best then you might wish to approach an Italian Turkish or Greek supplier and just pay the import costs

Price to match, but you may do better with a wholesale contract. Part of the price is for their fair trade/ethical stance and depending on your target market you may be able to make a virtue of that on your menu?

Or Lidl. As a keen cook, I have a test for finding out if olive oil is pure and genuine - use it to make mayonnaise with eggs. If it binds and thickens properly, it's the real thing. Also, it should have a smooth and peppery taste.
