Finding a new water supplier

My business water supplier was Thames water, they automatically transferred my account to Castle Water. Castle water have been a nightmare handling my account. I would like to know if there are other water suppliers for businesses around West London area?, how much hassle it is to change water suppliers (if it's possible to change water suppliers)?

Why did Thames Water transfer your account to another supplier?

Thames water did the transfer. I received a letter saying my account would now be handled by castle water. It happened to loads of customers. Having read reviews about Castle water, seems like a lot of people are experiencing the same frustrations that I am.

I know with electricity and gas, one can move onto another supplier to find a better rate etc. I just wanted to know if it's possible with water?

Thames sold their business customer base to Castle Water. We are having an absolute nightmare with them as well. We are looking at switching to South East Water Choice who supply our fresh water (Castle Water do the waste water).

Our original issue still hasn't been resolved though so we are also going to try going through Castle Water's complaint process and then escalating it the Consumer Council for Water. Has anyone had any experience with this?
