Well well well...
We obtained a Third Party Debt Order against PSJ for a Client that they had charged £11k Court Fees for some very small claims. They also charged them £2k to get a Court Order to stop a debtor from selling his £2m property and assured our Client that the debtor owned the property. Debtor did not even own the property and the Court Order they told the client they could obtain did not even exist.
So, we make a part recovery... PSJ dissappear and now they have incorporated Mason Hamilton Ltd that is registered in a serviced office in London.
So another name for everyone to be very very aware of is Mason Hamilton Ltd.
