Self Employed and Sole Trader are both the same thing?

If Sole traders employ people and pay workers national insurance and any tax do they have to register as an organisation?

The only time you register as an orginisation is if you operate as a company?

A company is when you don't own your business? Its owned by some one else?

Kind Regards

Yes self employed and sole trader are the same thing.

If you employ someone and pay them £109 per week or more you must register as an employer, regardless of whether you operate as a sole trader or through a limited company.

A limited company is registered at Companies House. It has nothing to do with who owns it.
