Hi all,

I am working on a particular area of our company website and would love to get some feedback on it.

One of the products we offer is Logo Mats, where we invite people to complete an enquiry form and in return we provide a quote and visual proof of their design for free. If anyone is willing to have a look at this for us and provide some feedback, it would be greatly appreciated.

  • How does the page look?
  • Does it make sense?
  • Is it clear what you need to be doing here?
  • Do you trust this brand? Does it give you a sense of quality?
  • Anything we can add to make this better?
Many thanks in advance!

The site looks dated. It's very cluttered and lacking in focus. All three of the boxes lead to the same place and it's not at all clear if you have made all those mats. If not then you really shouldn't have them on the site.

Below the examples you have a form and a load of guff. Each of the links leads to a page with the same form and even more guff.

You need one page to get the leads and another page to explain the differences between the various options.

The lead generating page needs to have a far simpler form:

Name > Contact Info > Logo > Additional Info.

I expect you to to tell me the best size, material, orientation etc. I expect you to pick up the phone and talk to me about colours, words etc.

The simpler you make it the better the chances of conversion.

But you also need to de-clutter the header. It's like you have tried to jam everything in without really thinking about what the potential customer needs.

For example you have a search box in the header. Do people use this? If not have you thought about moving it into the body of the page? And why can't I click to see the reviews?

You have 4 icons, one of which says: Quality Guaranteed. What does this even mean. And it leads to the 'about us' page - not a page about your quality standards. Why do you even need to say 'Cut to Size Options' when all the pages I looked at don't have a cut to size option.

It looks like you have a great range of products but it's not well presented. I suspect it's because of the limitations of the shopify theme you are using.

Simplify everything. Remove the clutter. Open out the page and make use of whitespace. And get some decent images! The zoom thing is awful. I want to see big images not the cropped things you currently have.

Hi both, thank you for taking the time to look at the site and for the extensive feedback, you've really given me a lot to think about! The site has changed and developed over the last few months but I agree that there's still a lot of work to do, so as more improvements are made I'll definitely be taking these comments on board.

Thanks again guys :)
