Hello
I have an idea regarding property. It would be a platform That allows grows of people to invest in residential and commercial property to rent and sell. Similar to crowd funding sites but only focusing on property. Clients can invest with a minimum of £2000. And get initially a good rental percentage in their investment of between 10-15%. Then when the market is right we would sell it and split the profits depending on how much each investor put down. I have been searching a lot and there is huge money to be made in HMO. We would manage the properties and the tenants for a fee. It allows investors to get residual income and maybe in a few years once sold get a lump sum money. Target market could be anyone that's wants to get into property. What do you think? Is this viable? Thank you
