Feedback needed for logo design

Hi Guys,

I am in the closing stages of choosing a new logo and have chopped it down to the last couple (I think) and I would really appreciate your feedback, thanks.

The 2nd one is of course more iconic of a bay in that it looks like the sails on a Yatch but yet the first one seems to be a little cooler. What do you guys think?

Thanks David, I had actually seen another post you had made on this and strangely enough the links worked fine on there.

I have given you my feedback on the other post, as I think the 1st one is my personal favourite.
