Step 2 - Wait till you get a load of parking fines.

Step 3 - Take the council to court for emotional distress over the parking tickets.

Step 4 - Win by default when the council does not send anyone to the court to represent them (probably as they may have thought no sane judge would take this claim seriously)

Step 5 - Enjoy your TWENTY THOUSAND compensation from the council
