To cut a long story short about 4 years ago I worked in the family business. My father died then my 2 brothers decided to gang up, tell my mother lies, then have me sacked.
I did not blame my mother as she was still grieving and she trusted my older brother but not it seems they took her £4 million a year biz and are at the brinks of going bust thanks to wild spending and poor management.
A couple of months ago I took my mother to see her accountants who (while on my brothers payroll) told he that they are doing a great job and not to worry about daily visits from sheriff officers!
My mother has made it clear that my father wanted the business split fairly between the family and I am looking to hire someone to audit the business and come up with some suggestions. I need to find someone who will be transparent and be able to provide facts and genuine solutions.
I have looked at the IBA but would appreciate any ideals of people , organizations who could do the job
