facepile in facebook

It seems a simple thing im sure but how do you put facepile in to facebook buisness page, cant find any simple help any where its ok if your a web boy but all seems to complicated, would think face book would make life easy but dont think they do any help in english would be grateful thanks Andy

not sure what facepile is but i found FB help terrible. Most things I want to do on there i had to find out how to do on 3rd party websites. They seem to not know, not care or not want to help users, particularly business users who are not buying their ads....
