Facebook graphics on things pointing to the like button

Basically just like this http://www.facebook.com/Activecom where it has the picture of people on bikes,running and swimming and then the wording fan of all things active then click the like button,How do you go about getting graphics up like that for your facebook page can anybody point me in the right direction thanks for any hel

Someone would have designed that page / graphic, then added it to a page using FBML (facebook code).
