Hi all,
Today every business listed on internet for providing nice service for their customer's. Today's world are internet world its' true that if you want to buy some product then you can search on internet get that product at your home. Social media is a best option for contact to real customer's. I think a online marketer can solve your problem.
B2C is far easier to create leads than B2B but it is still extremely difficult as Facebook has a very closed system. There's billions of people all split into tiny groups of "friends" and breaking into those closed groups is the key. Easy to do if you are a big brand with wide appeal, less so for smaller more focused brands. I would suiggest putting most of your efforts into Google+ and Twitter as a B2C but keep your Facebook page and every now and then suggest to your followers that they should 'like' it.
