I run a distribution company doing most of it's trade in the UK that has just had it's first order from Mexico. I'm hoping someone on here could help out please :)

It's just samples at first (they've paid carriage) so invoice value is £40.

I looked it up online and it says I need the following documentation:

  • commercial invoices (in Spanish)
  • completed pedimento (import/export form)
  • Bill of Lading
  • compliance documents where appropriate
  • Certificate of Origin
  • EUR1 (Movement Certificate).
I'm using UPS to ship it. As it's such a small order, do I really need to include all that?
