Exporting the the EU and USA

Hi, We are a small UK business with a half decent website that attracts enquiries from the US and EU, really struggling to find a freight forwarder / shipper who will take on all the administration, shipping customs documentation etc so we could start to take orders from overseas - Any reccomendations?

How many orders? What value? What size/weight? What sort of products?

I just use Royal Mail.

Were looking at large cast iron items, palleted and weighing any where from 260 kgs. to 400 kgs.

Hi Rob. I would recommend you contact any number of FF's that are BIFA registered by clicking the link https://www.bifa.org/home. Maybe speak with 3 and ask for prices to compare. After which choose the one you feel you can work and develop a good relationship with.
