hello everyone's . hope you all having perfect time .
am parseh . I have inquire about the regulations and licensing requirements for exporting medication from the United Kingdom to UAE .I am associated with a family business in UAE specifically a pharmacy which my uncle a practicing physician manages . i want to start exporting medication and raw pharmaceutical material from UK , i never done this kind of business before so i need some advice on , regulatory requirements for exporting medication & types of licenses or permits that are necessary to engage in pharmaceutical exports . i have done research but is a bit confusing as most of the license and requirement are for pharmacy which am not intended to do . { this is my first post so forgive me if something wrong }

What advice does your uncle suggest on importing drugs, which are not for personal use?

Do you have sufficient product and personal liability cover?

There may well be situations where you'll find yourself running afoul of the law.
