We've a UK customer that wants to buy product from us and ship to Russia. We are quoting FCA Manchester.
We believe that as we're not doing the export, we have to charge VAT on this order. However, they're arguing that as it's FCA and we're doing the export paperwork, that is sufficient evidence for us to zero rate the order.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on this? They say they've done this several times with other suppliers.
