Hi All,
Im just in the process of setting up a new business, and I'd like to include a really cool & interesting Explainer Video on our website for our pre-launch visitors to be able to see.
(I really like the Kinetic Typography style.)
Has anyone tried using an explainer video? If so, did you create your own, or did you get a company to create it for you?
Ive seen a site called Go Animate (www.goanimate.com) which seems to give you the ability to create your own videos really cheaply. You just need to invest the time in being a bit creative and putting the video together yourself.
On the one hand this really appeals as Im on a really tight startup budget, so I dont mind doing the hard graft . but equally, I am also really mindful that this is an area where it could be false economy if I cant create a video thats of a high enough quality.
So I thought Id post here and see if anyone here has any experiences theyd be happy to share?
Thanks
Kieran
PS it would be handy if you could provide an idea of costs (a range would be fine if you dont want to disclose the actual amount you paid) and the turnaround time.
