RM recently introduced the option of sending packages heavier than 2kg internationally, my orders are usually smaller and lower value so I haven't had the chance to try it out until recently. Today I dropped off a package to Norway at a customer service point which was scanned in front of me. It's been a few hours and the RM site tracking just says "tracking information is not available for this service" while the other packages I dropped off have updated.
Of course it's still very early and I've had packages that take a while to update, but considering the price of this order and the message on the site I'm a little concerned. I've only seen this pop up when I've used an untracked service. Nothing yet on the Norway post site either, although that's to be expected. The customer is also a little anxious so I would've at least liked the drop off confirmation.
The only option on click and drop was tracked and signed so I chose that with full £250 insurance, postage ended up being over £28 :/
