Franchising was really a good idea on earning money. But still when you franchise, you still need to think about the competitors, the customers and anything. Good luck.

I've never understood how a cost reduction company can be of any use unless they have specific knowledge of the industry they are working in.

If you went into an engineering company you'd expect help reducing the costs on the various metals purchased and equipment etc.

I stand to be corrected but can they really do anything more than renegotiate utilities, card and stationery suppliers.
