Hi All

I was looking for a inventory and order management solution.

I was initially interested in Linnworks but the price is too high as I am a new small business.

I've looked into Expandly and wanted to know of anyone's experience with them.

Kind Regards

Hey Fazzx,
We use Expandly, for us it manages the inventory over 3 platforms - Shopify, Etsy and Amazon. The customer services is great, I got a bit stuck adding my first few product listings, and their help team were really good and helped me through it. They offer a 2 week free trial so you can get set up and start playing with it. The bit I like the most is you can customise the reports, so I can look at all the orders from one platform or all of them, and see what the most popular SKUs are and on which platform.
Hope that helps :)

The starter is still £20 a month, when you've grown sales to needing their middle package £49 a month, you should be able to justify the cost with your growing sales. Same as the Shopify rates, by the time I'm ready to move up to the $79 a month, it should be a drop in the ocean. Some start-ups get excited and think they need the best level of everything straight away, start lean, just get what you need. I guess you have to weigh up the cost of lost sales from not managing inventory correctly vs having it managed. I myself put off upgrading to a Royal Mail business account due to the cost of printer, but it has already saved so much in time and money, I wish I had done it sooner!
I'd recommend having a chat with their sales team, you've got nothing to loose!

I am looking to replace linnworks and I am interested in expandly.
I have been with linnworks for about 3 years and have been on their bottom paid for package. Only 500-1000 orders per month off peak, using 3 ebay, 1 amazon and 2 woocommerce stores, 1 user.
I never used all of the main features, just used it to download orders and print on the correct store template and correct Royal Mail 2D barcode integrated A4 sheet label.
I haven't used the inventory management or anything else really.
I did sign up for a trial with Expandly but never got around to using it, going to give it a go again.
Any former/current Linnworks customers using Expandly? Hoe does it compare?

Hey Furman, I haven't used Linnworks, but I use Expandly, and the inventory management part is the best part, if your running low on stock and only have say 10 left, then instead of spreading the 10, 2 on each of your platforms, you can have all platforms showing 10, and Expandly will automatically update them all as they sell, so you don't miss out on that customer who wants to buy 8 but can't, I've gained extra sales from this feature.

They've updated their website last week, and it's even easier to use!
